Hello,
I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I have looked at all those get super skinny quick scams, anything that wouldn’t require so much exercise. However, truth to be told, if you want the body you want you are going to have to work for it. However, exercise alone won’t help you; you might need to change your eating habits if you like those hamburgers every night. So for my new year’s goal I’m going to finally stick to my goal and lose this weight instead of waiting for it to magically disappear one morning. I’m going to change my diet for the better, however if I want a cookie I’m going to eat it, I say that because once someone totally cuts themselves off from eating something they love or want they will most likely splurge themselves and won’t stick to their diet. So treat yourself once in a while. I will start taking more control on how much proportions I consume. The biggest challenge is going to be mentally; you have to accept losing weight or getting healthy takes time, don’t go in thinking that if you work out for two hours that you’re going to drop 40lbs, that’s just not going to happen. I used to think that way, which led me to fail all my attempts; that’s why I’m going to set myself little goals month by month just to lose 4lbs. JUST 4LBS, no sweat right? I will try to post my progressed daily if not weekly
